Administrator

- provides office support to either an individual or team and is vital for smooth-running of a business. Their duties may include fielding telephone calls, recieving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.

 

Sales Representative

- are the principal point of contact between a business and its customers. Sales reps ensure current customers have the right products and services, identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers.

 

Technical Support

- monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization. They will be installing and configurating computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problem, either over the phone or in person.

 

Audit Checker

- Responsible for preparing the purchase orders, receiving, storing, issuing the goods, managing the stock levels and giving out the supplies from the stock.

- Involved in preparing the inventories, maintaining the stock records, using computerized systems for entering the records and is accountable for checking the supply invoices with the purchase orders.

- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.

- Checks outgoing transaction/items for deliveries.
